The customer service is terrible! . I'm so tired of spending hours on the phone with random Verizon employees who transfer me from representative to representative and no resolution is provided! My bill keep increasing when I'm being told it will go down since I'm a loyal customer. I'm being charged for random things botveing used and when asking to remove them from my bill they are not removed. Id like to cancel my entire plan and start over with another provider!
