When I upgraded and added Fios back in June I was told that I would be receiving my $200 Amazon Gift Card on August 23. I believe she said by email but so far there is no offer that I can find under My Verizon, nor an email regarding the $200 Gift Card. Please contact me to fix this issue, thanks.
