Dear Manager:
I am a new Verizon Fios customer and got installation today. I am confused about my discount. First I enrolled in the paperless and auto payment but seems they did not show up in my account. Second, I try to validate my teacher discount and click the wireless side and sign in to my Verizon account and they validate my identity. Then, I try to use the button on the Fios side but the website report error and ask me reach to local store. I went to local store and they said they only serve wireless customers. I am not sure if all my discount had been applied to my bill? Can you check my discount status since the website keep reporting error on my billing page.
