The promotion was called Mobile+Home Discount. I have tried linking my FIOS account to my mobile, but it keeps stating "A discount is already associated with this account". The FIOS agent and I confirmed that the discount is not applied to my FIOS account and she does not see it attached to any mobile account. FIOS agent then said it is a mobile wireless problem and blind transfers me.
I speak to the mobile wireless agent and he confirmed that my mobile account is not attached to any FIOS Home account and there is no discount currently on my mobile wireless acocunt. He stated that he can't see any information on FIOS and it is a FIOS Home issue and blind transfer me. This goes on every single time I call and I have called at least once per year since having FIOS. 3-4 trouble tickets were created on behalf of both mobile wireless and FIOS Home agents with zero resolution. On top of that my military discount is not reflected on my FIOS account and the agent just informs me she is unable to do anything.
