Hello I’m wanting to upgrade and pre order an iPhone 17. My current phone is paid off 61% so I’m eligible to turn in early BUT I cannot because my device was replaced under warranty via Apple. So it doesn’t allow me to do online because the imei numbers are different. Is there a way to correct this? I don’t wanna have an issue when I’m preordering. Chatting with support through the app, they say they can do it on Their end but they seem to be more concerned with pushing me to place an order than correcting the problem. Can anyone from customer support help me ??
