Upgraded my husband's phone at Verizon store in Cottage Grove, OR in late July of this year - was assured by Nick the salesman that we would receive $800 credit on our bill over the course of 36 months if my husband's old iphone (which i believe was a 13 pro and was in working order) was turned in within 30 days. We wiped his old phone and returned it to the store several days later but am seeing on our bill that we still owe over $1000 for his new iPhone 16 Pro? Is this what Verizon does to make you think you''re getting a good deal?
