Having the same issue - signed up for Verizon Fios end of June. It's the end of August and I have yet to see any of the promised items ($200 Amazon gift card, $200 Verizon gift card, $350 Verizon gift card - JBL, and JBL Party Box). In addition, my home and mobile bill literally does not total to the payment being deducted. It is so frustrating.
