Apple One/Arcade

Upgraded from a plan that had Apple Arcade to one that did not. Subscribed to Apple One Family through VzW and everything works except Arcade, in My subscription for Apple one on my phone it shows App Store instead of Arcade with an icon for Arcade when I open Arcade it asks me to pay

I would recommend making sure the Apple Arcade service that you were using initially is registered to the same Apple ID that you are using now for the Apple One family. Once verified they are the same, please log out of your Apple ID and then log back in on your device. Should you need further assistance please let us know, we are happy to help

I signed out and back in to no change. I’ve only had one Apple ID for about 20 years and Apple one is all in one I can’t sign into different sections of it. The only thing that changed was on your end on the night of the switchover to the new plan and perks I’ve changed nothing

It's got something to do with you changing from a legacy plan with the Apple perks rolled into it to a new plan, which doesn't have perks rolled into it. Out of curiosity, have you checked your perks and subscriptions to see if there isn't still a legacy Apple Arcade subscription still hanging out in your account which you need to remove (because then it's still trying to go to that old one, which won't work anymore since you don't have the plan associated with it any longer).

I’m sure that’s the problem on Vzw end. I can’t see it on my perks. I’ll have to beat my head against the wall for months trying to to get someone from Verizon to look, as they all want to seem to think it’s my fault
