I am new to Verizon, just installed 5G Home service. I registered my email at verizon.com, and then I attempted to link my new 5G home service account to my verizon.com logon. I entered my zipcode and PIN, but then Verizon says that they will send me info in the US Mail with instructions. This cannot be correct! Why am I unable to link my service to the verizon.com account? And, by the way, I went through these problems on August 1. It is now 26 days later, and I have received NOTHING in the US Mail from Verizon with these alleged instructions. How can we easily get this done, now, without the US mail?
