Did anyone else get the Verizon deal?

The offer I was promised was, 4 new lines and 4 free phones 16s to Welcome customers for $100 a month.

However, Every bill so far has been wrong. My bills have been over $200 dollars a month. I am a mom of a toddler and work and have very limited time and now I have to call and fight this. I was with tmobile. Reception was better and less drama, smh.
