Hello, I'm writing to you from Kazakhstan. I bought this iPhone 16 Pro Max from a seller on a used items online store. I didn't check it properly, and it turned out to be locked by the operator 2387 - Us Verizon Locked Policy. How i can unlock? It was neither stolen nor lost.

Hi, I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is no way to get the phone unlocked. You need to get a refund from the seller. There are ways to make a phone look clean when it actually isn't. Unfortunately, this is a very common problem with phones purchased through small 3rd party vendors.
