I asked if I could still take advantage of the free Apple Watch promo that was offered with my phone, after the window expired. They said yes and will get back to me. They never did! Same thing happened with the Ray-Ban Meta glasses. They tell me they're gonna reach back with me in a week and then they don't. They also were supposed to provide me $800 worth of gift cards and it never happens. I've never experienced worst customer service from any other service company. What's these phones are paid off. I'll be switching to another service provider unless Verizon can get their act together.
