$400 Samsung / Best Buy Promotion not available for redemption

Hello,

When I signed up for my fios account, i received confirmation that a $400 Best Buy promo code would be issued. My service has been activated, but I have not received the promo code. It is not present in my offers page.

If someone from customer service could reach out and address this issue, I would appreciate it.
