How can I unblocked a call that I did not block. I can't call their number and they can't call mine.
Could it be you have your phone set to block or silence all unknown callers (ones not in your contacts)?

Someone else who had this problem recently reported it was Verizon's Call Filter app blocking the call...check either the app on your device, or within My Verizon and unblock the number from there.
