I received notification that my offers are ready to redeem for my $200 Verizon and $200, $50 amazon cards as part of my sign up bonus for fios internet. When I try to claim it tells me my bill is past due which it is not. My bill has been paid on time and in fact shows a 0 balance and isn’t due until September 20th. What gives?
