I signed up for the 1 Gb plan because it came with an offer for $400 off a Samsung product at Best buy promotion that said it was valid thru August 30, 2025. I'm attempting to use it tonight at 9:52 on August 30th and the offer is nowhere to be found. This is extremely disappointing as it is one of the primary reasons we chose Verizon. Does anyone know how to fix this? I specifically waited for Labor Day Deals and now my offer has completely vanished the day I'm attempting to use it. Any advice would be hugely helpful, thank you.
