I just set up a brand-new Verizon signal booster I received yesterday. I was in the settings and was trying to change my settings to close and make a user list. I cannot. I go to create a list and it says : "The first number you add to this list must be from your own account." I have tried to change it back to Open. The website simply says, "Your changes cannot be made due to system error". I have tried calling customer support all day and i get the same error each time i call. Your call cannot be made due to system error. And auto disconnected. The chat is just an AI who can only answer questions with the same few info pages. Very unhelpful. I feel like Verizon is trolling me. I have seen other posts about older models and such having this feature, but newer ones don't. If this isn't a feature that can be used with this model, why is there even a setting for it? I have checked the settings via the IP and there is no option to change it. A factory reset doesn't change the settings either. at this point i feel like Verizon just mailed me a paper weight
