So basically I was pitched that 5g wireless was somehow supposed to give me better connection than my wired which I knew was hogwash thats just not how weather works, the wifi speed does occasionally get faster than I do otherwise but its incredibly situational and not consistent at all, massive spikes in performance meant playing games with it just doesnt work. Mind you I was told I would be getting fiber optic and then given 5g so was bitter about being blatantly lied to and my concerns with the new service being disregarded because "thats not how it works" (spoiler, yes it is), I was also promised a $200 rebate and a speaker, both of which were subjected to numerous unspoken delays and here I am almost 3 months later with nothing to show for it. The rebate despite being finally filed as submitted 3 days ago was never sent to me, apparently theres an up to 8 week extra processing time? this is all b ull. Also the cop out of saying the speakers are in high demand and can take up to an extra 5 months after Ive waited 3 just to be able to start to claim it is completely anti consumer. the assumption Im sure is that you just forget about these things after sign up and that the average customer never tries to fulfill them but after I realized their service is good for nothing its the only reason Ive continued paying them. My money would have been better spent just buying the goods out right and my time has been completely wasted. This website is so confusing to navigate, the customer service is good for nothing I have not once talked to a well functioning bot let alone a person, and I cant imagine ever recommending someone use this service. Also this forum has extremely limiting filters like they dont want average consumers giving poor feedback, who would have thought.
