Hi, does Verizon still support the iPhone se 1st generation and can I go to a local Verizon store to get a sim card?
Thank you for your question. The first iPhone device isn't supported anymore. The oldest supported iPhone devices are the iPhone 6 line and iPhone SE. ~Jesse
If you have the phone, run the IMEI on the BYOD compatibility checker:

However, I will say that because the iPhone SE 1st gen dates to 2016, this is before 5G was available, so the phone will not run on anything 5G at all. With network upgrades bringing in more and more 5G technology, unless you are in a rural area where LTE still predominates, in cities you could have service issues since most of the equipment on the towers will be 5G related. This iPhone is also no longer supported by Apple, so you can't get the latest OS or many, if any, software updates, and that will be problematic for apps needing the latest OS for security purposes (banking apps are rather picky about having the latest software).
