I need help.
when I was switching from Att to Verizon. I had an offer for a wireless credit of $300 per line moved to Verizon. I did submit the rebate.
however, the next month when trying to to process the bill payment, it was declined due to fraudulent activities because att had charged me my last bill before Verizon. I called and to let the know and everything was sorted and we reprocessed the payment.
now, coming to my wireless credit, there are citing that incident to decline the credit in it’s entirety.
I feel as if it was no fault of mine and I am very confused and would very much like my credit as it was one of the few reasons I move to Verizon
