Why are incoming and outgoing calls to and from a certain phone number not showing up on my Verizon bill? The text messages show up but not the phone number—many calls were made to and from this number.
The other person must be hiding their number from being displayed.
I know how important it is to be able to keep track of your account. Is this a business number? Are you trying to look at your recent calls online or are you looking at your previous months bill?

Apparently, a VOIP system is being used by the caller in question, so even though I dial the number associated with his account or he calls me and/or texts are exchanged, the number is untraceable and never shows up on the phone bills. I used another method which revealed what was happening. There is no paper trail.
