So a few months ago me and my wife switched from AT&T to Verizon and they had the pay up to 850 to pay off your old phones from another carrier and the Verizon store employee said we would get two 850 gift cards to do just that and we haven’t gotten anything. I’ve had to call a handful of times to see if it was coming and was told it was corrected but today after 11 weeks of waiting for these cards I called and the person said oh they sent the info to the wrong email address so the cards haven’t even been sent yet. My old bill now going to go to collections because they didn’t do what they should have done. I’m not to happy with this service as of now and don’t know if we will stay with them. Now I’m getting sent to a collection agency because they didn’t do there job and send me the cards so I could pay the old phones off.
