I have been traveling up to Canada near Toronto for the past eight months for work. My personal phone is an iPhone through Verizon and my work phone is an iPhone through Verizon and I noticed the service has been declining since I have been traveling to Canada, and I assumed it was because I was on roaming and in another country. however, after discussing this, with my significant other, whom has a pixel, we are realizing that we are both experiencing the same issues. My calls are being dropped, people are not receiving my text, I am not receiving all of my emails, and on occasion every so often a picture I take for a travel expense receipt will disappear out of thin air. I seriously thought I was losing my mind, but these are all reoccurring issues. I am way overdue for a newer iPhone and was thinking about going to get one, but now I am not so sure I want to stay with Verizon after being with them for many years. I have noticed others have made post that their companies use Verizon, and mine does too. My company is very well known worldwide and I’m sure they spend a ton of money with Verizon. I wish Verizon would own up to their issues as not being isolated and explain why the service is going downhill. We all can’t be getting together for one giant conspiracy here…. Jus sayin’.
