How is it possible that I pay over $200/month and do not have access to CSPAN? I just spent over 40 mins on the phone with both Verizon technical help and customer service to be told, my "package" does not include these channels. These channels (606 - 608) were created by the American cable industy to provide unfiltered coverage of the US Congress and other government events. I would like to understand why Verizon excludes access to these channels for specific packages.
