I am not currently a customer of Verizon, but the old DMARC box for Verizon home phone was removed from the side of my house to upgrade our meter panel. The wires are still running 40amps of current and are dangerously hanging on the side of the house. We need them removed all the way back to the pole so that there is no risk to our kids.
I have not been able to get through to a person in your call tree after many tries and at one point being on hold for over an hour. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. Even Xfinity came the next week to remove their wires when I notified them. There is no way to do that for Verizon other than to post here.
