Why is it so hard to get a replacement phone when you pay for insurance every month? My phone has been malfunctioning causing me to have to turn my phone off and on multiple times a day due to freezing and it changes screens without me doing so. I can be on strolling on Instagram and then the screen with change to the weather app without warning. I called to get a replacement but instead I was asked to upgrade from Iphone 13 pro max to the Iphone 16 ( which I do not want to do) or speak with IT to troubleshoot the phone. I did the troubleshooting option and my phone is still freezing. I called back and was given the same response. I am not sure why I am paying for insurance and still cannot replacement phone.
