I am writing to express my HUGE frustration with the process of redeeming Verizon Dollars towards my bill. I’ve spent several days and countless hours on the phone trying to sort this out, but no one at Verizon seems to know how to redeem it. Despite multiple transfers (every time I called!), no one has been able to help me, and I’m left without a resolution.
I’ve tried using MyVerizon.com, the My Verizon app, and the Verizon Visa Card app—my Verizon Dollar balance is shown in the App (I have a screen shot), however, I cannot redeem them towards my bill, and here are the specific issues I’ve encountered:
It’s incredibly disappointing to have spent so much time on this with no resolution. Verizon advertises the Verizon Visa Card rewards heavily, yet the system doesn’t work as promised. This should be a straightforward credit card reward redemption, not a hassle. I have also seen so many similar complains on the internet and reddit and also here -- someone up in the management level should look into this .

They simply could careless about the amount of time you and i and so many others have spent trying to redeem valid claims whether its amazon gift cards to phone buy outs to jbl speakers all same problem u dnt recieve anythihg from them but round and round scripted chats to make u believe they actually doing something for u but after agent after agent u finally see what there doing just stalling and stalling hoping u just go away and forget about what u were promised when u decided to join this circus the clowns are real on here that's for sure rest assured we will get u ur gift card by end of chat 3 seconds later new agent how can i help u all over again all ridiculous i have filed wirh BBB and the FCC version was served those compalints on August 23rd yes both were served to verizon have copies of all this and emails from executive relations office but apparently her vacation is more important cause havent heard bsck from that office period i tell u this if this is how yoir executive office relations works u wnt be in business much longer u guve me no choice monday will be going to the courthouse all screen shots and phone recordings will be submitted as evidence in your failure to keep your end of the contract from bieng in breach of contract which u are now in breach of contract by 3 weeks your delivery if amazon 250 gift card is now long past your own rules of to be delivered within 8 weeks well u long past thst date you make me sick this company how your still in business is beyond me this ship should have sank years ago Dana Nessle michigan attorney general is going love reading this complaint especially after just winning a huge case against verizon so keep stalling all u want this issue isnt going away nope as petty as it is its about principal now and how bad this company really is and needs be exposed for there failures and that's just what i intend to do

Ok, art waiting for message ,but i in no way accept this as my only available solution. Not sure what the radial “accept as solution “ means but the customer service team has done irreparable damage to my trust in Verizon as well as their ineptitude so I’ll need clarification on that as well
I am currently experiencing the same issue! Talked with multiple reps and still no resolution. Ive been redeeming these for years without issue and now I get and error on the app and the web “cannot complete request at this time”. Verizon needs to fix this ASAP. Thats the point of having the credit card, for bill savings. @VeriVeri
