I have a new JetPak for wireless internet connection at home. No landline or cable here.
it literally quit working properly. It will connect to my lap top but within seconds or sometimes a minute or 2 it disconnects and the Jet Pak tries to reboot. I took the Jet Pak to several other locations and it works perfectly. Verizon sent me a new Jet Pak. Same problem. They sent a new SIM card for the Jet Pak. Same problem. Verizon determined it’s a network issue and issued a service ticket. I was assigned a tech service rep with the promise of a resolution today.
I’ve sent text messages but no reply.
Interestingly my iPhone 11 works just fine.
I can’t connect with my laptop unless I connect with my phone mobile hot spot.
VERY frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this and was it resolved. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 years and have successfully used the Jet Pak for 8 years at this location (until now).
Needless to say I’m not happy and I’ve wasted HOURS trying to get help. My service ticket still says “in progress.”
