As a returning FIOS Verizon home WiFi customer, a promotion deal was to redeem the Nintendo Switch. I redeemed the offer through verizon, even got an email with an order number that same day but that was the last contact I've had on the matter, which was on August 24th. I have tried using the avenues for any sort of update, calling and even looking up the order number on the website, which would just come back saying there was an error and to try again soon. It would be nice to have an answer on just what is going on, if there are delays or any other reason, just some scrap of information. This feels like the only answer I'm getting is "good luck with that".
