This is just getting out of hand why am I constantly being redirected and being told I'm not right. I signed up for the internet package just to get all the perks that was given for free. It took forever to even get the boom box and then they said it will be 3-4 months to get it so I opted in to getting a Verizon card. I have yet to receive my $250 Amazon gift card. I keep calling and this and they give me the run around. First it was oh yes it will be coming in August. Then it was oh no you don't get it. I had to literally tell thier team about the dang promotions. Just crazy.
