It seems like the options to get service are wait hours on the phone or start a thread here, so here I am.
What do I have to do to get the activation email? It’s been over a week since I signed up and we’re into week 1.
Also the idea that you have no Fios customer support on Sunday when your primary Fios promotion is “Sunday ticket” - did anybody workshop that one?
Is this offer intentionally impossible to redeem so you don’t have to reimburse NFL for all the subs you promise customers?
