Verizon is seriously I have ever seen .. for 10 mouths now I have paid horrendous bills and have never gotten anything I was promised or offers I was supposed to get now I’m trying to do an up grade and I get hung up on .. I can’t believe I left att I never had problems like this and the customer service at the store is so rude on top of it all I’m so disappointed in my service
