Do not ever sign up for Verizon service. I’ve only had them for 3 months and regret it already. Tried to buy something using my “welcome” gift card and somehow it was charged to my credit card. I called and told them the problem. They cancelled the order and had the item routed back to them (I never received the item). They received the item back on July 5, 2025. I have called numerous times, been promised many things, and the last 2 contacts I’ve had with them, they say thanks for my patience and I never hear back from them. Verizon you can keep your phones and watch and I’ll go back to AT&T where I guess I just “thought” I had poor service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Verizon!!
