I have over 30 lines and my BYOD discounts fell off after a few months. I don't like Verizon. Impossible to get someone from corporate to assist
Is this a business account or something else? Did you make an changes on the account that might have triggered the discounts to drop off the lines they were assigned to?
No i didnt. Some lines have it some dont. Now that customer serviced is outsourced they are junk
