I placed an order for the redeemable Nintendo Switch on August 23 and only got a confirmation email. I was in the Verizon chat today and they told me that they are out of stock but I could contact Blackhawk Specialists and shared their number. I tried calling but they kept asking for a card number which I don't have. Wondering what the expected time frame is of getting the Nintendo Switch or at least hearing from somebody about order status update?
