Its been 2 months, chasing 2 gift cards - $200 and $100. Offer was redeemed on 07/11/25 and no emails yet on where are the gift cards. Its been run around and waste of time chatting with agent who will keep on transferring to other agents. Any help?

No response, customer service s**** big time at Verizon. Some one reached via private message, then transferred to another agent and no resolution. Just a run around for items that I should have received in July.
