Verizon Dollars are not showing in Fios to redeem
I am a Verizon Fios customer.
Things I've Tried:
- Signed into the Verizon website and gone to Account>Bill>Verizon Visa Card. When I click on it , I get a VISA Sign up page: https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/verizon-visa-card If I try to login to manage account, it loops back to same page. No Verizon Visa dashboard.
- On the Verizon VISA website, it shows the Rewards amount, but when clicked on, I get: You are not authorized to perform this action
- Opened the Verizon app on my phone and at Account>Bills, there is nothing shows about my Verizon dollars balance. I have no option to view or apply Verizon dollars.
I talked with Verizon customer service for a log time and they said I must also have a mobile account.
But the terms on the card state that rewards can be used for Fios:
Redeeming Verizon Dollars. You must be a Verizon Wireless Account Owner, Verizon Wireless Account Manager, or Verizon Fios Account Owner to redeem Verizon Dollars
The Verizon FAQ also states this:
Verizon Fios Account Owners can use Verizon Dollars to pay their Verizon Fios bill. To pay your Verizon Fios bill with your Verizon Dollars in My Verizon: Choose Bill, then Pay Bill. If you have Verizon Dollars, you see the option to apply them to your bill.
So is the Verizon VISA linked to a defunct wireless account. How can it be linked to my Fios account.
