Our home service has been out for 6 months. They have sent several technicians over that time, but none have restored service. Every time there is a problem and the service is never restored. On top of that, they put down an ugly temporary line (that doesn't work either) weeks ago that crosses our yard and our neighbors' yards which has caused a number of complaints from the neighbors and the city. And the temp line doesn't even work! On top of that they've billed us and collected our autopay the entire six months of no service. Tried to get a credit for no service and billing said they can't until they send another technician and service is restored -- then they will credit us for the period there was no service? They keep saying all these "tickets were closed" but we've had no repair of our service. They're sending yet another technician tomorrow -- I bet he will be as ineffective as the others and I'm about to lose it.
