I became a FIOS customer and finally after 2.5 months, I got the link through My Verizon to claim my Nintendo Switch. I placed my first order on the 21st of August and received an order confirmation, but never received a shipment confirmation. When I checked my Verizon offers, the claim link magically reappeared on September 4th, which probably meant that Verizon messed up my initial order so I went a head and claimed the offer again, and the story went exactly the way it did the first time. An order confirmation email and nothing else so far. I have also paid for overnight shipping. Alas, so much for expecting a Switch shipped overnight.
