I have been unable to view my order status via the my Verizon website or app. Similarly, I am not able to view my bill summary through these means. I also tried calling support, but every time I reply to the automated questions, I get disconnected right after I say I don’t know my PIN number and the automation cautions me that we can continue anyways. I am expecting home internet service installation today, but I have no way of knowing if it’s on the way or to check any information. This is extremely inconvenient as I am reliant upon internet service to continue working.
