Verizon is absolutely ridiculous. I have over the last 3 years. Removed 5 devices now from my account and my bill consistently continues to go up more and more last month. I received the discount for being a healthcare worker and guess what? My bill is up this month again. Every time I tried to decrease my bill, they Jack it up even more. I am done dealing!
