I am beyond words of disappointment and I am sick of the lies and promises that they do not care about. 3 times posting this problem as it has increasingly gone up more and more. I am considering one of those big fancy firms that handle claims like this may be interested in these and the company responses as well. Verizon does not care they just lie to me and charge me more. I have been phasing them out since first post continue to eliminate service each time and since then my bill has gone up around $200 bucks so be careful with this company watch and document it because it may become necessary. I have tried to address it repeatedly with verizon and its gotten worse.
