Once again when viewing my account on line the detailed usages logs are not current on all my lines. Some lines show the last call made or received was 8/30 another shows 9/5. Why does this keep happening?
I'm sorry you are having issues seeing your call logs. Have you tried a different browser?

I have this every couple of months. When I call Verizon most of the time no one knows what you’re talking about and it takes 15 minutes for the agent to understand. The problem is still not solved.

Similar issue here. 4 of the 5 lines on my account stopped showing current call logs on 9/6. I’ve reached out to customer service online and it has not been resolved, I’m just sent from agent to agent. It’s annoying.
Same issue on my account. Call log and message usage is not updated. AI chat and phone calls to Verizon give no explanation.

As of 9/22/2025 problem still not resolved and there’s a ticket that was created to solved the issue. What is being done to fix the problem?
