I was eligible for a $200 and $100 Welcome bonus, which I redeemed on 7/11/2025
I then got an email that said I would receive the cards via e-mail within 7-10 days. I have searched my inbox and spam folders, chatted with agents, called the Rewards center, searched the website for answers, and nothing.
Does anyone have any tips to resolve???
