I tried to redeem my speaker several times and was just on chat with a representative. The chat got disconnected with no resolve to my issue. My email from August 27 said I had 60 days to redeem the speaker. The representative today tells me that I have an offer for Samsung and that things aren’t adding up. This is ridiculous.
