My wife and I are trying to preorder the new iphone 17s and to get the full 1100 trade in credit to go to the max pro we had to switch our plan. We did that and I submitted my order for my new phone on trade in with the 1100 value but my wife's will only do 550. We called the loyalty team and they weren't real sure why her's doesn't show the same value but were going to have marketing push the promo to her phone but it could take up to 72 hrs, should we just wait that out or is there another avenue anyone can suggest? Its not a huge deal if we have to wait. Just curious. Thanks!
