Fios TV Mobile doesn't work any longer

I can't believe that I've been a loyal customer for 11 years and now Fios TV mobile has stopped working on my cellular device.

I either get hung up on or their AI app answers me stupidly. We pay a ton each month ($200) for 2 measly cellular devices and this is the best they can do? Leaving em!

If uninstalling and reinstalling the app along with checking that the software on your device is up to date doesn't do the trick, you can email the Fios TV app support using the email address listed under "App Support" in the link below (we're not allowed to post email addresses in the forums):
