We purchased 3 new iPhones back in April of this year (2025) partially on Verizon's promotion of offering a trade-in credit of $840.00 per phone which is really a $23.06 credit per phone each month for 36 months. We have received the credit on two of our phones each month starting on our June bill but have not received the credit on the third phone. I have had 5 lengthy, up to 1 1/2 hour calls, with Version Customer Support regarding this issue. Each time the support representative gave assurances that the issue had been noted and will be taken care of on the next billing cycle, and each month the problem persists. The last representative swore up and down the problem would be resolved on the next billing cycle, he even emailed a statement attesting to this, and of course the issue was not resolved again this month. I cannot continued wasting my precious time on useless phone calls to Verizon Support. The problem has continued for over 5 months now with no resolution in sight. I plan on filing a complaint with the FCC regarding deceptive advertising practices.
