My phone has no debt on it. I purchased it from a 3rd party vendor. I called verizon to ask them to unlock it because I'm traveling to Europe. They said although it's over 60 days since being with them the phone is point of sale locked. I'm guessing whoever traded/sold this phone in to this vendor (or whatever happened there) maybe they didn't pay it off? Can't figure that out. Verizon asked me to reach out to the vendor. I emailed the company I bought it from, however they told me, which I acknowledge, the phone was sold locked to Verizon. I filed an FCC complaint to have them unlock. What are the chances this happens and it gets unlocked? Thanks
