This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Customer no Service. I was lured over to Verizon because of the fact 16plus on US promo. I qualified for up to 10 new devices but only got 4 devices. I was promised that if I signed up that day 08/13/24 that they would wave activation fees . Well they didn’t and also billed me monthly for the each phone. I spoke to two reps on separate days and they still have not corrected it. I am totally disappointed and hope this doesn’t continue. They are about to loose me before getting started good.
